Rockwell Modular is a subsidiary of Design Build Engineers & Contractors (DBE&C). Rockwell Modular was formed with the primary objective of providing comprehensive architecting, engineering, fabrication, and deployment of modular portable units for classroom and other school system functions such as administration, operations, and storage.

Thompson Engineering Group (TEG) is responsible for providing professional engineering design services for Rockwell Modular.

Rockwell Modular’s President and CEO, Mr. Michael Thompson MSc, P.E., has been a Florida licensed professional engineer for many years, and is a honors graduate of Columbia University. Mr. Thompson has a Master of Science degree in structural engineering, and over twenty five years of structural engineering experience in the design of residential and commercial building structures. He is also a former adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida, UCF.

Mr. Thompson is responsible for implementing Rockwell Modular strategic business plan and provides clear directive for Rockwell Modular to meets its established goals.
